Job summary

SERVPRO of Milford-Orange-Stratford is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to lead restoration projects, supervise technicians, and ensure high-quality, safe service delivery. The role emphasizes coordinating production, protecting assets, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction across jobs.

The ideal candidate brings at least 1 year of restoration or construction experience, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to learn; IICRC certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• IICRC certification a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided; manage labor and consumable usage on projects.
• Communicate with the restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
• Follow OSHA guidelines for job safety; manage assets by protecting and using equipment properly; coach and train restoration technicians.
