Job summary

Servpro Team Wilson is hiring a Restoration Supervisor to lead on-site restoration projects and ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating production, supervising technicians, and maintaining detailed job files.

Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, at least 1 year in cleaning/restoration/construction, and prefer IICRC certification. This front-line role supports SERVPRO’s Here to Help commitment and requires physical work.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• IICRC certification a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
