SERVPRO of Panthersville is hiring a Restoration Supervisor to lead on-site restoration projects, coordinate crews, and ensure quality service for customers. You will act as the front-line representative of the SERVPRO brand, driving the Here to Help commitment on every job.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of restoration or construction experience, a valid driver's license, and IICRC certification a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma/GED (preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
• IICRC certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues
