The role requires 1–3 years in restoration, strong communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and on-call emergencies. Training and development are provided to grow leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in restoration (water, fire, mold, or related fields).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise 1-4 restoration technicians on job sites.
• Perform water extraction, demolition, cleaning, and equipment setup.
• Monitor and adjust restoration equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers.
• Complete moisture mapping, daily logs, photo documentation, and scope notes.
• Communicate clearly with customers about the work being performed.
• Coordinate job progress with the office, estimators, and project managers.
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
