Job summary

Servpro Team Wilson is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to lead field operations, coordinating production activities and ensuring high-quality service across restoration projects.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, supervising technicians, managing materials, and maintaining safety standards. A valid driver's license and a high school diploma are required, with 1+ year in cleaning/restoration/construction and IICRC certification a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• IICRC certification is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
• Follow OSHA guidelines for job safety.
• Protect and properly use equipment and materials; coach and train restoration technicians.
