Job summary

Servpro Team Wilson is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to lead on-site restoration projects in Frisco, TX. The role focuses on coordinating production activities, maintaining quality, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

You will supervise restoration technicians, manage materials, and document detailed job files while collaborating with project managers and office staff. A strong emphasis on safety and OSHA guidelines is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver\'s license is required.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction is preferred.
• IICRC certification is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
• Follow OSHA guidelines for job safety and protect assets.
