Job summary

SERVPRO Team Spinner is hiring a hands-on Restoration Supervisor to lead crews, run quality projects, and develop technicians. This role is designed for a field leader aiming to build skills in scoping, estimating, scheduling, and people management.

As you advance, you will receive structured training and stretch assignments in reviewing scopes, leading meetings, building timelines and budgets, with advancement to Restoration Manager based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• At least one year of restoration, cleaning, or construction experience; supervisory preferred.
• Valid driver license and a dependable, safety-focused work record.
• Strong communication, organization, documentation, and problem-solving skills; comfortable with mobile technology.
• Willing to meet physical demands and work some evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the jobsite coordinating water, fire, mold and cleaning work.
• Complete room-by-room scope with sketches, photos, moisture readings, and notes in DocuSketch.
• Develop the crew through coaching, inspection, and documenting quality.
• Explain restoration process, obtain signatures, provide updates, final walkthrough.
• Manage safety, labor, equipment, consumables, and same-day updates to Restoration Manager.
