SERVPRO East Central Cincinnati is hiring a Restoration Supervisor to lead field crews, coordinate projects, and ensure safety and quality. You will act as the main link between technicians, customers, project managers, and office staff, driving timely completion and exceptional service.

The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on restoration work, and strong communication, with growth opportunities within an established restoration company.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in restoration, construction, cleaning, or related field.
• IICRC certification is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop restoration technicians
• Coordinate daily production activities and ensure projects stay on schedule
• Perform and oversee restoration services
• Maintain quality control and ensure work meets company standards
• Communicate with customers and clients throughout the project
• Maintain accurate and detailed job documentation
• Manage equipment, materials, labor, and consumable usage
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and needs to management
• Ensure OSHA and company safety standards are followed
• Properly maintain and protect company equipment and materials
• Train and coach team members to improve performance and workmanship
• Take ownership of the overall customer experience
