Job summary

SERVPRO of Woodbridge/Lorton/Dale City/Lake Ridge is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to coordinate, monitor, and perform restoration work, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to safety standards.

The role requires supervising technicians, managing resources, and documenting detailed job files, with a focus on quality control and timely communication with project managers and office staff to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license required.
• At least 1 year in cleaning/restoration/construction.
• IICRC WRT certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
