Job summary

SERVPRO of Manistee, Ludington and Cadillac is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to lead field teams, coordinate production, and ensure project quality on water and fire cleanup jobs. You will supervise restoration technicians, ensure safety, and maintain documentation.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in cleaning/restoration, a valid drivers license, and the ability to follow OSHA guidelines while delivering excellent customer service. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• Valid drivers license.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• IICRC certification a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues

Skills

1 year experience in restoration

Valid drivers license

Physical ability to lift 50-100 lbs

Education

High school diploma/GED (preferred)

IICRC certification (plus)
