Job summary

SERVPRO of Grosse Pointe - 9707 is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews. This frontline leadership role drives operational excellence and ensures scope, safety, and quality on each site.

The ideal candidate has strong management experience in the restoration field; industry knowledge is essential, and IICRC certification is a plus. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience; 3+ years in restoration.
• IICRC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates using proprietary software.
• Negotiate project scope and estimate approval with customers/clients.
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources on active projects, including subs.
• Review site documentation to support services and billing accuracy.
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurers.
• Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and materials.
