SERVPRO of South Palm Beach is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to coordinate and supervise restoration projects, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. The role requires overseeing production, managing labor, and maintaining detailed job files for service delivery.

The position emphasizes safety, OSHA guidelines, and effective communication with project managers and staff. A valid driver’s license and relevant experience are expected; IICRC certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma/GED (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• IICRC certification a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
• Follow OSHA guidelines for job safety and protect company assets.
• Coach and train restoration technicians.
