Job summary

SERVPRO of South Palm Beach is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to coordinate production processes, monitor quality, and ensure excellent customer experience on restoration projects. This role requires leadership, vigilance on safety, and effective communication with technicians and managers.

Competitive benefits accompany the position. Applicants should have at least 1 year in cleaning/restoration/construction, a valid driver’s license, and preferably an IICRC certification.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• IICRC certification is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
• Manage customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues

Education

High school diploma/GED (preferred)
