Restoration Sales Representative Job Summary: The role involves initiating communication with individuals and organizations to arrange meetings, cultivating relationships with key decision-makers to generate referrals for restoration services. The goal is to secure commitments from potential referral sources and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners through regular interactions, enhancing customer retention and expanding our referral network.

Restoration Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  1. Identify potential new customers and referral sources.
  2. Create and maintain sales route records.
  3. Perform sales calls to schedule meetings with target prospects.
  4. Gain commitments leading to referrals for restoration services.
  5. Complete weekly and monthly sales reports promptly.
  6. Attend weekly sales meetings.
  7. Maintain contact with existing customers via phone and in person.
  8. Maintain a customer contact database.
  9. Deliver group presentations to prospective organizations.
  10. Participate actively in trade, community, and networking events.

Restoration Sales Representative Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience: Associate degree in business, marketing, or related field; bachelor’s degree preferred. 4-6 years of experience in relationship selling to high-level executives.
  • Selling Skills: Ability to differentiate and add value; understanding customer markets and challenges; building long-term relationships to increase revenue.
  • Financial Knowledge: Understanding of financial reports like Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
  • Mathematical Skills: Strong math skills to assess revenue potential and compare performance against plans.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in enterprise systems (e.g., Dash, Insight 360, JPP) and MS Office Suite.
