Telecom Sales People Wanted

Do you have 2-5 years of B2B telecom sales experience? Are you interested in advancing your sales career? Do you excel at building relationships and partnerships?

The Regional Channel Sales Representative role offers a unique opportunity to learn channel sales and progress toward becoming a Channel Sales Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruit new and productive sales agents/channel partners
  • Participate in sales calls with agents to present and close AireSpring opportunities with end-users
  • Educate agents thoroughly on AireSpring products, processes, and procedures
  • Assist agents with order submissions according to AireSpring's requirements
  • Lead solution development efforts addressing agent and customer needs, coordinating with company personnel as needed

Performance Measures:

  • Achieve agent retention expectations
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings with agents and their customers
  • Follow up with agents and customers to assist with service requests
  • Proactively seek new opportunities

2+ years of prior telecom sales experience with strong knowledge of voice and data products is REQUIRED.

This remote role is open nationwide in the United States. Compensation is based on location, with an expected range of $48,000 to $56,000 annually, plus uncapped commissions.
