What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as an expert resource for families seeking senior care options, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
- Handle inbound, pre-screened leads and conduct in-depth initial consultation calls
- Educate families on tailored senior care solutions and connect them with appropriate communities and providers
- Act as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers
- Meet daily production benchmarks for inbound and outbound calls to drive successful outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in inside sales or an inbound call center
- Proven history of exceeding sales targets
- Strong multitasking abilities, including talking on the phone while taking notes
- Proficient computer and typing skills, including knowledge of Word and Excel, and ability to navigate an internal CRM system
- Successful completion of a new hire training program
