Restoration Sales Representative Job Summary

The role involves initiating communication with individuals and organizations to arrange meetings and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, aiming to secure referrals for restoration services. The goal is to secure commitments from potential referral sources and foster strong relationships with existing customers and partners through regular interactions, ensuring loyalty and support.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential new customers and referral sources.
• Create and maintain sales route records.
• Perform sales calls leading to scheduled meetings with target prospects.
• Gain commitments from customers for referrals requiring restoration services.
• Complete weekly and monthly sales reports timely.
• Attend weekly sales meetings.
• Maintain ongoing contact with existing customers.

• Participate actively in trade, community, and networking organizations and events.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Associate degree in business, marketing, or related field; bachelor’s preferred. 4-6 years of experience in relationship selling to high-level executives.

• Financial Knowledge: Understanding of profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.
