Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead residential and commercial restoration projects. You will coordinate timelines, contracts, and field teams while delivering high-quality workmanship and a strong customer experience.

Responsibilities include securing permits, coordinating inspections, and maintaining clear client communication to ensure timely, on-budget project completion in line with PDR principles of honesty and integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current IICRC Certifications in Water and Fire damage restoration preferred.
• 3–5+ years of previous residential/commercial construction experience.
• Proven leadership in directing construction and/or restoration crews.

Responsibilities

• Professionally represent PDR principles of honesty and integrity.
• Explain services, scope, estimate and timeline to property owners to secure work.
• Manage project timelines, secure subcontractors, scheduling, and on-site leadership.
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations and maintain client communication.
• Oversee permits, inspections, budgeting, and on-site safety and quality.
