Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager to lead restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and budget control. You will act as the main liaison among homeowners, insurance professionals, subcontractors, and internal teams.

The role requires 5+ years in restoration/construction, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in restoration, construction, or related field.
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage mitigation, reconstruction, and restoration projects from start to finish.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Monitor progress and ensure work meets standards and budget.
• Coordinate with homeowners, commercial clients, insurance adjusters, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Conduct project inspections and quality control reviews.
• Serve as primary contact for customers during restoration.
• Provide regular updates on status and timelines.
• Maintain project documentation and job costing.
• Lead and mentor team members; promote accountability.
