Job summary

PuroClean in Beltsville, MD is seeking an experienced General Contractor to lead residential and light commercial restoration projects, managing field crews and subcontractors from start to finish.

The role requires hands-on site knowledge, strong communication with homeowners, adjusters, and vendors, and the ability to juggle multiple active jobs, budgets, and schedules, with a focus on getting repairs approved and completed.

Qualifications

• Xactimate experience is preferred but can train.
• Project management experience is required.
• Experience in insurance restoration, reconstruction, construction, property claims, or repair estimating is strongly preferred.
• Experience with condominium, multifamily, commercial, or property management-related work is a plus.
• TPA or insurance program experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities at the same time.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
