You will oversee scheduling, job costs, and documentation from start to finish, ensuring timely, quality service and adherence to safety standards.

The ideal candidate has experience in field operations, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset to support families and businesses during difficult times.

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment, asset and financial management.
• Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage them on site.
• Aptitude with record keeping and communicating information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Managing Customer Satisfaction and representing the brand
• Effectively oversee all aspects of the production processes and customers’ needs
• Identifying areas for improvement and managing relationships with centers of influence
• Managing production, pricing schedules, estimate details & coordinating with GM/Owner
• Leaving jobsites with an orderly appearance and following policies
• Communicating and managing customer concerns with GM/Owner effectively
• Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard
