Job summary

PuroClean of Greater Landover | Capitol Heights, MD is seeking a dependable Project Team Leader / Lead Restoration Technician. This hands-on field leadership role involves directing a crew, coordinating daily production, and communicating with customers to manage restoration projects from start to finish.

You will lead water, fire, mold, and biohazard recovery efforts, document losses, monitor moisture readings, maintain equipment, and ensure work meets PuroClean standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restoration, mitigation, or related field experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• IICRC certifications are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential and commercial restoration projects from setup to completion.
• Organize crews, equipment, materials, and daily jobsite activities.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as conditions change.
• Ensure safety, quality, and documentation per procedures.
