The role involves coordinating daily activities, communicating with customers and the office, documenting losses, and ensuring safety and quality on every site.

Qualifications

• Headlines a strong hands-on leader capable of directing a crew.
• Experience leading residential and commercial restoration projects from setup to completion.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers, insurers, and subcontractors.
• Meticulous documentation of losses, moisture readings, and daily progress.
• Safety-conscious, with PPE and proper job-site practices.
• Willingness to train and develop technicians into leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead restoration projects from setup through completion.
• Organize crews, equipment, materials, and daily jobsite activities.
• Communicate daily objectives and project progress to technicians and customers.
• Perform water mitigation, drying, demolition, cleaning, and related restoration tasks.
• Maintain safe, clean, and professional job sites at all times.
• Coach and mentor technicians; promote teamwork and accountability.
