Job summary

PuroClean of Laurel in Beltsville, MD is seeking an experienced General Contractor who can lead residential and light commercial restoration projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong subcontractor relationships, track project progress, and prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate.

You may occasionally assist hands-on for emergency mitigation while coordinating with homeowners, adjusters, and the internal team.

Qualifications

• Xactimate experience is preferred but can train.
• Project management experience is required.
• Experience in insurance restoration, reconstruction, construction, property claims, or repair estimating is strongly preferred.
• Experience with condominium, multifamily, commercial, or property management-related work is a plus.
• TPA or insurance program experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities at the same time.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
