Job summary

PuroClean of Greater Landover is seeking a dependable Project Team Leader / Lead Restoration Technician to guide field crews through water, fire, mold, and other property restorations.

This hands-on leadership role requires coordinating production activities, documenting losses, and maintaining equipment while delivering professional customer service on every project. Join a One Team culture with growth into management roles and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restoration/mitigation experience preferred.
• Previous experience leading technicians or crews is strongly preferred.
• IICRC certifications are highly valued (WRT, ASD, AMRT).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift at least 50 lbs. required.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential and commercial restoration projects from setup through completion.
• Organize crews, equipment, materials, and daily jobsite activities.
• Maintain clear daily objectives and communicate progress to customers and management.
• Coach and mentor technicians, ensuring safety, quality and productivity.
• Document job progress, moisture readings, photos, and client approvals.
