The position emphasizes leadership of in-house crews and subcontractors, with a strong working knowledge of residential construction methods. A company vehicle is provided, and applicants should be able to travel within the service area.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential construction, remodeling, reconstruction, or restoration.
• Strong project management experience overseeing budgets, scheduling, subcontractors, materials, and documentation.
• Excellent communication with homeowners and internal teams to maintain customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage restoration and reconstruction projects from initial scope through final completion, ensuring quality, budgets, and timelines.
• Oversee scope, estimates, budgets, job costing, change orders, and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Coordinate in-house crews, subcontractors, and trades to meet project requirements efficiently.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, verify workmanship, and ensure safety and specifications.
• Manage material selections, purchasing, procurement, delivery schedules, and availability.
• Serve as primary contact for homeowners, providing updates and maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Maintain project documentation including site progress, photos, notes, and change orders.
• Review scopes and plans to identify challenges and communicate adjustments to management and customers.
• Ensure organized projects with timely quality issue resolution and adherence to Client's standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, scheduling, and team performance.
