Job summary

Pulliam Restoration in Columbia, SC is seeking an experienced Restoration Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects throughout the Midlands and surrounding areas.

This hands-on role requires ownership of each project from response to turnover for billing, coordinating crews, equipment, subcontractors, and communication with customers while ensuring quality, safety, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, construction, mitigation, or related project-management roles.
• Direct restoration experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage restoration projects from initial response through completion.
• Develop and execute project scopes, schedules, and work plans.
• Coordinate technicians, equipment, subcontractors, and other resources.
• Monitor costs, labor, equipment usage, and overall financial performance.
• Identify and address scope changes, delays, or documentation issues promptly.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, adjusters, and internal teams.
• Ensure project documentation is complete and accurate.
• Review field work for quality and compliance with Pulliam standards.
• Lead and develop technicians and Crew Chiefs assigned to projects.
• Turn over completed projects promptly for review and billing.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and emergency response when required.
