SERVPRO of Richmond, Chesterfield, Henrico, and Tri-Cities is seeking a Reconstruction Estimator to join our growing team. You will establish relationships with clients, assess fire and water damage scenarios, and prepare initial construction estimates to guide restoration projects.

In this full-time role, you will rely on Xactimate, coordinate with Project Managers and specialists, and deliver accurate, timely estimates while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in construction estimating and/or insurance adjusting.
• Excellent customer service track record.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Advanced math skills.
• Proficient use of Xactimate software.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Team player with reliable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships for construction services.
• Analyze labor, materials, and time requirements; create initial scope and estimate.
• Develop accurate, organized estimates and communicate to Project Manager.
