Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore - Crofton is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager/Estimator to lead field production, manage projects, and build scalable systems. You will create estimates in Xactimate, review photos and notes, and explain processes to customers in person.

The role blends hands-on field work with leadership as the division grows, requiring strong customer service skills and the ability to guide a team through restoration projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience with restoration industry is advantageous.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve work orders and coordinate travel logistics for jobs.
• Lead production activities in the field and supervise technicians.
• Prepare and review documentation with photos per policy.
• Create estimates in Xactimate following guidelines.
• Interface with adjusters and customers to resolve issues.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and timely completion of jobs.
