SERVPRO of Kingsport/Bristol is hiring a Construction Project Manager to lead restoration construction projects from estimate to completion.

You will establish client relationships, educate customers on the process, coordinate with subcontractors and engineers, and ensure work meets plans and local codes.

Strong communication, math skills, and experience with Xactimate are preferred; growth opportunities and a competitive benefits package are offered.

Formación

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Proficient use of estimating software (Xactimate).

Responsabilidades

• Establish customer relationships for construction services.
• Educate customers on the construction process.
• Work with customers to understand upgrades/changes.
• Ensure estimates meet client requirements.
• Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for a project.
• Create initial sketch and scope of work for construction projects.
• Deliver accurate and well-defined initial estimates.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and external resources as needed.
• Provide project updates and site inspections to maintain quality.
• Document final project scope of work clearly.
• Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and others as required.
• Prepare organized and accurate estimates for submission.
• Communicate estimates effectively to customers.
• Ensure materials meet purchases and schedules.
• Verify compliance with plans, codes, and specs.
• Provide project updates and site quality inspections.
• Monitor schedule and progress with stakeholders.
• Ensure subcontractors complete work per PO.
• Evaluate vendors and subcontractors.
• Conduct final walk-through with customer.
• Compile punch lists and resolve items.
• Obtain Completion of Completion and Satisfaction certificate.
• Understand all roles of Construction Coordinator.
