Job summary

Emergency Restoration Experts (ERX) is seeking a full-time Project Manager Repairs in Kernersville, NC. You will manage restoration projects, coordinate teams, and maintain strong relationships with homeowners and insurance adjusters to ensure satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have experience in construction/restoration, MS Office/CRM, and the ability to work evenings or weekends. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel daily to client sites are required.

Qualifications

• Project Manager Repairs are responsible for all collections on projects.
• Attend weekly WIP meetings.
• Project Manager Repairs ensure subcontractor invoices are turned in upon completion of their work.
• Excellent command of MS Office and CRM Software.
• Knowledge of the Restoration and Construction industries is preferred.
• Experience in business development, marketing, or sales.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Project Manager Repairs are responsible for managing projects to provide customer service for our customers and support and direct the team as needed.
• Communicating effectively with homeowners and insurance adjusters.
• Acts as secondary representative to clients.
• Provides metrics on revenue, costs, collections, and workload.
