Emergency Restoration Experts (ERX) is seeking a full-time Project Manager Repairs to lead restoration repair projects and maintain strong client relationships. You will coordinate with homeowners and insurance adjusters, manage project metrics, and guide subcontractors to ensure quality and timeliness.

This role requires MS Office and CRM proficiency, and willingness to travel daily to client locations, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience with restoration and construction industries.
• Excellent command of MS Office and CRM software.
• Experience in business development, marketing, or sales.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects to provide customer service for our clients and support and direct the team as needed.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and insurance adjusters.
• Act as a secondary representative to clients.
• Provide metrics on revenue, costs, collections, and workload.
