ServiceMaster NCR - Alexandria, VA is seeking a Project Manager to lead sales and estimating for mold remediation, fire cleaning, and other restoration projects. You will prepare notes, photos, and estimates, and communicate processes and next steps to customers in person.

This role emphasizes strong sales ability and customer service. You will manage projects on-site, coordinate with insurers, and seek referred work while earning a competitive salary plus benefits, paid training, and a company

Qualifications

• Proven sales background with references.
• Knowledge of mold remediation, fire cleaning, and restoration services is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to work independently and with a team while maintaining professionalism.
• Proficient in entering data using a tablet or mobile phone.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work an on-call schedule on a monthly basis.
• IICRC certifications are a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Xactimate experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with insurance personnel and clients to drive sales and execute projects for restoration services.
• Create accurate estimates using applicable software, adhering to standards.
• Inspect and scope jobs on-site with team leads to determine scope.
• Document job details with photos and notes in the required system.
• Communicate key job information and updates to customers in person.
• Explain service processes and next steps to customers.
• Manage projects to meet client expectations and assess risks.
• Communicate with insurance companies and adjusters via phone and email.
• Conduct QA inspections post-completion and obtain client approvals.
• Identify marketing opportunities and maintain client relationships to secure referred projects.
• Participate in marketing events and trade shows.
• Meet minimum monthly sales requirements.
• Determine labor and equipment costs for accurate pricing.
