Job summary

EmergencyMD in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a driven sales-oriented project manager to convert leads into sales, develop scopes of work, and directly staff on job sites for restoration projects including fire, water, mold and asbestos. You will manage end-to-end projects, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure accurate invoicing and documentation.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 3–5 years in restoration or related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

Responsibilities

• Converts leads into sales and develops scope of work.
• Manages projects and directly staffs on job sites.
• Coordinates subcontractors and communicates with clients.
• Prepares written scope of work with photos/diagrams.
• Generates WIP reports and handles invoicing.
