Job summary

SERVPRO of Benton, Jasper, Newton & Southern Lake Counties is seeking a Restoration Technician to join our team and help restore customers’ properties. You will perform production tasks, load and organize equipment, and ensure a clean, safe jobsite while following safety protocols.

The role offers training, potential certifications, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive franchise network. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift heavy loads are required.

Qualifications

• Effective oral communication and basic math skills.
• Experience with computers and basic software.
• IICRC certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform production processes, demolition and labor-intensive tasks.
• Inventory and load vehicle with equipment and supplies; keep vehicle and gear clean.
• Prepare rooms and staging areas; set up equipment for each project.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and risk management at all times.
• Communicate with supervisor and other technicians to maintain efficiency.
• Complete end-of-day cleanup and leave jobsite neat.
