Job summary

SERVPRO Team Wall is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to support field operations and keep projects running smoothly. You will work with restoration technicians, set project expectations, and ensure work meets SERVPRO standards.

The role requires reliability, strong communication, and problem-solving skills with 6+ months restoration experience; a valid driver's license and IICRC certifications are preferred. Competitive pay and opportunities for growth are offered.

• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Professionalism, dependability, and a valid driver’s license.
• IICRC certifications (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support Daily Operations: Work alongside restoration technicians, set project expectations, and ensure work meets SERVPRO standards.
• Work Directly with Customers: Maintain positive interactions and keep customers updated throughout each job.
• Keep Projects on Track: Document job progress, help manage labor, and support scheduling and budgeting needs.
• Promote a Safe Work Environment: Spot potential hazards and help put safe practices in place.
• Respond When Needed: Participate in the on‑call rotation, including helping with local and out‑of‑town storm work when required.
• Help Build Team Skills: Assist with training and guiding technicians as they learn and grow.
