SERVPRO Team Wall in Maryland is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to support field operations and keep projects running smoothly. You will work with restoration technicians, communicate with customers, and help manage scheduling and budgeting for multiple jobs.

We value reliability, problem-solving ability, and strong teamwork. A valid driver’s license is required, and IICRC certifications are preferred to enhance your impact on our team.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of restoration experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Professionalism, dependability, and a valid driver’s license.
• IICRC certifications (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations with restoration technicians.
• Work directly with customers and keep them updated.
• Document job progress, help manage labor, and assist scheduling and budgeting.
• Promote a safe work environment and spot hazards.
• Respond to on-call needs for local and storm work.
• Help build team skills through training and guidance.
