SERVPRO Team McCabe in Perkasie, PA is seeking a Restoration Job File Coordinator to support our client restoration projects. You will manage file status, coordinate schedules, and prepare preliminary estimates while ensuring accuracy and timely communication with clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has strong phone skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative or office experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clear pronunciation and grammar.
• Calm under pressure with professional demeanor.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Google Workspace and ability to learn new software.
• Background check in compliance with applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Monitor job file status and WIPs.
• Review and validate initial documentation.
• Create preliminary estimates and prepare job file reports.
• Maintain internal and external communications.
• Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and the audit process.
• Perform job close-out.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Manage Tech scheduling.
• After-hours on call phone rotation participation

Primary Responsibilities

Position Requirements

• 2+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experience
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate® and proprietary software
• Experience with writing estimates, job file processes, and quality assurance a plus
• Experience in service industry environment a plus
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Hours:

7:30am-4:30pm M-F, flexible to work overtime and rotating on-call schedule
