Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable motor vehicle record required.
• Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, and web browsers; quick learner of new apps.

Responsibilities

• Intake new losses and email loss details to appropriate parties; send welcome letters to property owners.
• Send loss notifications and periodic updates to insurance agents.
• Post public notes per program standards; complete job progress updates in RMS, Xactanalysis, JobTrack, Alacnet, and other apps.
• Increase Quality Assurance by monitoring project schedules and checking in with customers.
• Notify Project Manager and insurance adjuster of updates per guidelines; obtain electronic contract documents.
• Address customer inquiries professionally and with urgency; alert PM/Owners to risks.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule as administrative support.
• Facilitate weekly WIP meetings; ensure compliance tasks are updated weekly.
