Role Description

The Construction Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Perkasie, PA. This role oversees reconstruction and repair projects following fire, water, and other property damage events, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating subcontractors and in-house crews, managing project timelines and resources, conducting site inspections, and enforcing construction safety standards. The Construction Manager will prepare and review estimates, monitor project costs, maintain clear communication with clients and insurance representatives, and ensure quality control throughout each phase of construction. The role also involves documenting project progress, resolving on-site issues, and supporting team members to deliver high-quality restoration outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to lead construction crews and subcontractors, provide direction, and support team performance.
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Control to manage estimates, track costs, oversee schedules, and ensure projects meet financial and timeline targets.
• Knowledge of Construction Safety practices, including OSHA guidelines, safe work procedures, and risk mitigation on active job sites.
• Hands-on experience in Construction, including rebuilding, repairs, and finishing work in residential and/or commercial settings.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, insurance representatives, vendors, and team members.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail in project records, change orders, and reports.
• Ability to work on-site in Perkasie, PA, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in restoration, insurance-related construction, or a similar field is preferred; relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
