Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Detail-oriented with attention to safety.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
• Ability to travel locally or out of state.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
• Carpenter skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete jobs per SERVPRO processes.
• Set up and establish efficient job flow.
• Coordinate requirements for the job and documentation.
• Supervise production work and monitor progress.
• Follow and enforce safety procedures on site.
• Resolve customer needs and provide excellent service.
• Communicate with customers and maintain clean work areas.
• Coordinate job site tasks and train technicians.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment condition.
