Job summary

BELFOR is seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to oversee field office personnel, logistics, equipment, and vehicle management across restoration projects. You will review time entries, manage job costs, and supervise large losses with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Candidate must have 5+ years in restoration/construction supervision, strong leadership, excellent communication, and proficiency with Restoration Manager/DASH/LUXOR.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' superintendent experience in restoration/construction on commercial, industrial, or institutional projects
• Experience with site-specific safety plans and OSHA 30 hour preferred
• Knowledge of DOT requirements and vehicle policy compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Experience with restoration industry management systems (RM, DASH, Service Software, LUXOR)
• Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends as needed
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• EPA Lead RRP certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage field office personnel, logistics, equipment, and vehicle maintenance
• Review and approve time entries affecting job costs and billing
• Oversee large losses requiring extra management and supervision
• Coordinate and supervise multiple residential, commercial, industrial projects
• Provide technical explanations to clients, adjusters, and inspectors
• Ensure safety plans are implemented and enforced on sites
• Maintain warehouse stock of supplies and equipment
• Attend safety training and BELFOR operations courses
• Qualify subcontractors and complete vendor packages
• Conduct regular staff performance assessments
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate after-hours services
