BELFOR Property Restoration is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a restoration or construction focus to act as a key BELFOR resource on large, complex projects. Local, regional, or national assignments include hurricane CAT duties and access to BELFOR's project-management framework.

The role emphasizes coordinating scope, schedule, safety, and quality, with opportunities to move toward estimator responsibilities as projects progress.

Qualifications

• Must understand both restoration and construction practices.
• Ability to manage time, budgets, schedules, and safety on projects.
• Experience with documenting progress and maintaining quality control.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of BELFOR service lines.
• Lead construction-focused work: plan scope, schedule, communicate, ensure safety and quality.
• Develop core project management capabilities: time management, budgeting, scheduling, site supervision, customer contact, communication, documentation, and change orders.
• Advance knowledge of construction practices and building codes.
