BELFOR Franchise Group in Anaheim, CA seeks an experienced Field Superintendent to oversee field personnel, logistics, equipment, and vehicle usage for diverse restoration projects. You will review time entries affecting costs, coordinate schedules, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' superintendent experience in restoration, cleaning, or related construction industries.
• Knowledge of site safety plans and DOT requirements.
• Ability to travel; available for nights and weekends as needed.
• Experience with restoration industry systems (RMM/DASH/LUXOR) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage field personnel logistics, equipment, and vehicle maintenance.
• Review and approve time entries impacting job costs and billing.
• Coordinate multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects.
• Provide technical explanations to clients, adjusters and inspectors.
• Ensure safety plans are implemented and crews are properly equipped.
