Job summary

BELFOR is seeking a qualified manager to oversee field restoration personnel, review and approve time entries that drive job costs and billing, and coordinate staffing for projects. You may oversee large losses as needed.

Responsibilities include coordinating with estimators and project managers, visiting sites for quality checks, scheduling work orders, and ensuring safety and on-time delivery within budget. Travel and after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' managerial experience in restoration/related industries on commercial/industrial projects.
• Proficient with restoration management systems and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage field restoration personnel and daily operations.
• Review and approve time entries affecting job costs and billing.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing for projects across multiple sites.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery within budget.
• Oversee large losses when required and liaise with estimators/project managers.
