Job summary

Servpro of New Hanover County is seeking an experienced Restoration Production Manager to lead project scoping, estimating, and on-site production for restoration services. The role requires supervision of crews, subcontractors, and coordination with customers and insurers while maintaining project quality and timelines.

The ideal candidate has IICRC certification, at least 2 years in restoration, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• High school diploma/GED; Associate or Bachelors degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
• IICRC certification required.
• Must have at least 2 years experience in restoration industry.
• Xactimate estimating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Additional Responsibilities

• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
• Provide priority response to potential customers
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates

Position Requirements

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)

• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
