Job summary

SERVPRO® of Union County / Anson, Stanly & Richmond Counties seeks a high-energy Fire & Contents Restoration Manager to lead operations and estimations on fires and related projects.

You will drive field crews, manage digital inventory with Xactimate and other software, ensure IICRC standards, and deliver exceptional service to homeowners, property managers, and insurers while mentoring a restoration team and expanding service areas.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in restoration with experience in fire, smoke, contents, and estimating.
• Experience leading a field crew and coaching team members.
• Comfort using Xactimate and job management platforms.
• Bilingual Spanish is a strong plus to support diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Scope job sites, write precise estimates, and lead crews through complex fire, smoke, and pack-out projects.
• Drive efficiency by leveraging platforms to manage digital inventory, schedule crews, and track pack-outs.
• Maintain IICRC standards, ensure equipment is operational, and document jobs for billing.
• Be the calm, confident partner for homeowners, managers, and adjusters during high-stress work.
• Manage budgets, control labor/material costs, and negotiate scopes for profitability.
• Recruit, hire, and mentor a top restoration team.
• Support Bio-Remediation and Water Restoration projects when needed.
