ServiceMaster Restore 4736 - Thomasville is seeking a dedicated Fire Restoration Manager to lead our Fire, Smoke Damage and Contents restoration team, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to safety standards.

The ideal candidate will oversee projects from start to finish, coordinate with clients and insurers, mentor staff, and maintain thorough documentation while driving efficient, precise restoration actions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the restoration industry focused on fire restoration, contents cleaning and storage, and structure cleaning.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment used in the fire restoration process.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Assess and manage fire restoration projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with clients, insurers, and subcontractors to set scopes and timelines.
• Lead the team in structure and contents cleaning after fires.
• Label, track, and store contents with restoration software.
• Utilize chemicals and equipment effectively for cleaning and restoring properties.
• Conduct site assessments to evaluate damage and determine necessary restoration actions.
• Train and mentor staff on best practices in the restoration process.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, including photographs and reports.
• Ensure that all work is performed efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
