Job summary

Servpro in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Contents Estimator to lead office operations, provide administrative support, and maintain procedures that ensure smooth daily tasks while delivering exceptional customer service to clients and team members during recovery projects.

You will handle incoming calls, coordinate scheduling with staff and insurers, write repair estimates in Xactimate, manage invoicing follow-ups, and keep records up to date with the latest software.

Responsibilities

• Receiving incoming calls from clients, vendors, insurance companies, and field staff.
• Communicate with customers throughout restoration process.
• Assist with the scheduling of services with staff, customers, and insurance.
• Writing repair and mitigation estimates in Xactimate.
• Accounts Receivable, following up on outstanding invoices and collections.
• Clerical duties including data entry into proprietary software.
• Run weekly job progress meeting to make sure Fusion is updated.
