SERVPRO Team Wall is seeking a Restoration Manager to lead mitigation operations across our franchise and to mentor Restoration Supervisors. You’ll oversee estimates, staffing, and daily progress, driving projects to timely completion with a focus on quality and profitability.

You will be highly organized, communicate effectively, and be willing to travel locally and out of state as needed to support customers and project teams.

Qualifications

• Effective written and oral communication required.
• Intermediate math skills required.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Restoration Expertise: Stay updated on mitigation best practices; train and mentor Restoration Supervisors and ensure accountability.
• Estimating: Conduct estimate appointments for non-emergency jobs.
• Project Setup: Review job scopes with Restoration Supervisors and coordinate staffing with the Intake Coordinator.
• Job Oversight: Monitor progress through daily updates, site visits, and communications with customers, adjusters and vendors; maximize gross profit.
• Documentation: Ensure accurate job files and coach Supervisors on documentation and audits.
• Dashboard Monitoring: Use dashboards to track job status and address issues.
• Reconstruction Opportunities: Identify potential reconstruction jobs during mitigation.
• Daily Meetings: Discuss progress, timelines, and documentation needs in meetings.
• Organization & Technology: Stay organized and master necessary applications.
